Lombardo Homes of Michigan – Online Homesite Reservation Process

Welcome to our NEW digital homesite reservation system! The digital homesite reservation request system allows you to enter a waiting list online after our reservation form has opened at a specified time. Your reservation submission will be confirmed via email. During the new process, all entries will enter a random draw for appointments. You can do all of this from the comfort of your own home or office space!

To request your homesite reservation appointment for this weekend, please adhere to the following steps:

• Follow this link (https://forms.gle/SG5EFrYrw6EiUASJ7) to enter your contact information and community interest(s) in the reservation application form. The form will remain open and close at 3pm ET on Friday, July 31.
• Homesite reservation appointments will be offered by random draw using the information provided in your reservation submission through the link above.
• Registrants must be available between 11am – 5pm ET on Saturday, August 1. Lombardo sales managers will reach out on Friday, July 31 after 3pm ET via email, text message, and phone call with preselected appointment times for selected registrants.
• Please arrive at your preselected appointment time with a $1,000 reservation check made to Greater Macomb Title, otherwise your appointment will be forfeited and another registrant selected.
• Please come to your homesite reservation appointment prepared with the top three (3) homesites of your choice (if available), your preferred floor plan and elevation (if available), and deposit money to hold your preferred homesite.
• Homesite reservation requests received during the open window and prior to closure of the form at 3pm ET on Friday, July 31 are valid for that weekend's release only. Interested registrants who are not selected for this homesite release must submit a new request for future homesite releases.
• One entry per household, per community. If more than one registry is made per household for a single community, all duplicate entries for said community will be disqualified. Emails/registrations received after the form closes at 3pm ET on Friday, July 31 are not valid.
