Mr. Windingland spent 23 years in municipal government working for the City of Rochester Hills in Oakland County, Michigan. While Fleet Manager, he implemented a computerized system for vehicle cost tracking, repair orders, parts inventory and reporting. As Engineering Field Manager, he was responsible for all field related aspects of private development for the residential, commercial and industrial property including ensuring compliance with local ordinances and state and federal regulations, inspection for public and private infrastructure improvements, site inspections and surety requirements. As Vice President of Land Development, Mr. Windingland is responsible for all aspects of land development for Lombardo Companies except land acquisition. In this capacity, he manages projects from beginning to end both in the approval and entitlement process as well as in the field during site improvements. Educational achievements include an Associates Degree in Automotive Engineering Applied Science from Oakland Community College and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with honors, from Central Michigan University.
Michael brings 11 years of accounting and finance experience in the homebuilding industry. In 2003 he began his career working for Centex Homes in the Detroit Division where he held numerous positions, including Assistant Controller and Assistant Land Acquisition manager. He then became Controller of the Ohio Division where he helped orchestrate a significant asset sale when Centex made the decision to leave the Ohio market. After overseeing the shutdown of the Ohio Division Michael continued his career with Centex as Controller of the Pacific Northwest Division (Seattle, WA and Portland, OR markets with $200 million in annual revenue). When Pulte Group acquired Centex in 2009 Michael maintained his position and played a significant role in the $50 million acquisition of a local builder in 2010. Michael left Pulte Group in 2013 to join Lombardo Homes in his home state of Michigan as Division Controller. Michael received his education from Michigan State University, earning a BA in Finance and a BA in Economics. Michael’s multi-market experience in business operations, cash management, asset management, and internal controls is a great benefit to the St. Louis organization.
Melissa is a multi-talented marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience in home building/construction industry. Graduating from Oakland University in 2001 with BA in Communications, Melissa began her career at Robertson Brothers Company. She then joined Centex Homes, where she spent two years as a Design Center/Marketing Coordinator, before transitioning to the Marketing Manager position. Now serving as Marketing Manager for Lombardo Homes, she is responsible for the overall management of Lombardo Homes’ branding platform and corporate and division-specific marketing, across divisions in both Michigan and Missouri.
After achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Bobbi began her career in the building industry with Bob Devon Construction as Project Manager, then Estimator, managing multi-million dollar industrial construction projects. She expanded her building knowledge by joining Quicken Loans in 2003, working as a Loan Processor. In 2004, Bobbi made the transition to new home real estate sales and with her strong background in sales rapidly progressed from Sales Manager to Area Sales Manager (2010) to Division Sales Manager (2011). Bobbi is constantly studying the new home housing market to keep pace with the most innovative trends and desirable floor plans. This knowledge has given her a competitive edge to boost sales by utilizing innovative sales and marketing techniques. In addition, she passes this knowledge off to her sales staff through extensive training and team building sessions.
Clint has been in the construction industry for almost 18 years. His career began as a laborer and carpenter apprentice while attending Baker College in Flint where he earned his Associates Degree in Architectural Construction. He became a superintendent in commercial construction in 1998 and worked his way into estimating and project management. In 2004, Clint switched to the residential construction industry and has since earned his way into leadership roles – he spent two years an Area Construction Manager for Centex Homes, another five years as Division Construction Manager and currently serves as Lombardo Homes’ Division Operations Manager, overseeing building operations and the purchasing, estimating, and architectural teams.
Jason’s 18 years of experience in the construction industry have included a comprehensive spectrum of projects in the commercial and residential markets. Starting his career as a laborer for Christopher Homes, Jason later spent two years as a Service Manager for Talon Homes. At GD Homes, Jason served as Project Manager where he was responsible for Land Development, Construction Operations, and Service for all sites within the company. After that, Jason began his duties a Field Manager, where he spent 10 years building a multitude of homes – attached condominiums, single-family homes, and high-end custom homes. While a Field Manager at Centex Homes, Jason was the repeated recipient of numerous JD Powers based customer service awards. Jason has been with Lombardo Homes since 2008 and serves as Division Construction Manager, overseeing the building operations and team.
