This position owns the full cost lifecycle—from quantity take-offs and budgeting through bid management, vendor selection, and pricing maintenance—ensuring that what is estimated, sold, and purchased is complete, accurate, and buildable.

The Staff Accountant for Lombardo Homes in St. Louis, Missouri will be responsible for completing monthly accounting duties, including journal entries, maintenance of general ledger, account reconciliations, coordinating intercompany transactions and preparation of monthly financials, year-end tax packages and special projects, as required.
