Lombardo Homes of St. Louis is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused HOA Administrator/Customer Service Representative to support homeowners, community associations, and internal teams throughout our communities in the St. Louis market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, coordinating communication, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment while supporting the long-term success of the communities we build.

The Purchasing & Estimating Specialist for Lombardo Homes in St. Louis, Missouri is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and executing trade partner purchasing to support new home construction projects. This role bridges estimating and purchasing by ensuring alignment between plans, scopes, pricing, and field execution.

This position owns the full cost lifecycle—from quantity take-offs and budgeting through bid management, vendor selection, and pricing maintenance—ensuring that what is estimated, sold, and purchased is complete, accurate, and buildable.

The Staff Accountant for Lombardo Homes in St. Louis, Missouri will be responsible for completing monthly accounting duties, including journal entries, maintenance of general ledger, account reconciliations, coordinating intercompany transactions and preparation of monthly financials, year-end tax packages and special projects, as required. We seek a bright, focused, detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

The Estimator for Lombardo Homes in St. Louis, Missouri will be responsible for preparing and managing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for new home construction projects, coordinating with suppliers and trade partners, and supporting the budgeting and bidding process to ensure accurate pricing and smooth project delivery. You will work independently while understanding the necessity for communication and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

Land Development Field Manager will assist in the development of land for Lombardo Homes in St. Louis, Missouri. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, platting, preparing budgets and schedules, project bidding and development from the initial land identification through development completion and escrow releases.

Lombardo Homes is looking for a Purchaser/Estimator to join its team in Columbia, Missouri. The Purchaser/Estimator is responsible for managing the purchasing process for single family and multifamily projects, ensuring that all supplies, materials, and equipment are procured at the best possible price, delivered on time, and meet the quality standards required for the project.
