Eligibility: To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident (green card). Current and past Lombardo Homes employees, managers, members and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes spouses, parents and children. Current and past trades/contractors are not eligible. Current and past Lombardo Homes customers are eligible. You do not have to be a Lombardo Homes customer to participate. Only one person per household may participate.
The Lombardo Slam Dunk Giveaway will start on Saturday, March 25 at 12PM and end March 25 at 5PM. Addresses for the model homes are listed below the rules. To participate in the Lombardo Homes Slam Dunk Giveaway, a participant must visit at least one Lombardo Homes participating display or spec home. Once registered at the first location, the participant must take a selfie in the display or spec home and post to social media, tagging Lombardo Homes in the post. The participant will get one contest entry for every participating display home or spec they tour and post a selfie for on their social media, tagging Lombardo Homes. Must visit different displays or specs; cannot visit the same display or spec repeatedly throughout the day. When participant is done with display tours, they will show a Lombardo Homes team member their posted selfies, at which time they will be given the appropriate number of entry forms to fill out and submit. Only one person per household may participate.
To register without participating in the Lombardo Slam Dunk Giveaway, a participant can request registration without visiting a Lombardo Homes display or spec home by mailing a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage and a return address, including first and last name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code, along with registrant’s email address and registrant’s telephone number, to: Lombardo Homes, 4 Research Park Drive, Suite 130, St. Charles, MO 63304. A participant may not submit more than three (3) mail entries and each entry must be separately submitted and comply with the requirements for a mail-in entry, including submission in separate envelopes. One entry will be issued with confirmation of entry mailed in response to each mail-in request that complies with the requirements of the Official Rules. Mail-in requests, including both outer envelope and the self-addressed, stamped envelope, must be handwritten. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left-hand corner that matches the requestor’s street address, and must be postmarked no sooner than March 13, 2023 and no later than March 25, 2023, and received by Lombardo Homes at the address set forth above no later than March 26, 2023. If applicable state law of the state within which the party requesting an entry by mail does not permit the requirement of providing return postage, then the registrant may omit return postage, provided the registrant may be required to provide proof of residency in such state to Lombardo’s reasonable satisfaction before requests are fulfilled. Each request must be mailed in a separate stamped outer mailing envelope. Requests that are sent in business reply envelopes, that utilize address labels or stickers (for any address), that are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated or otherwise mechanically or digitally produced or reproduced, that are not mailed in separate outer stamped mailing envelopes, or that otherwise fail to comply with the Official Rules, will NOT be honored, acknowledged or returned, and the persons submitting such requests will forfeit any corresponding postage and unused envelopes.
Rights: By entering the contest, entrants agree to have their submitted name displayed on our website and used by us for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation.
Prize Details: One winner will be randomly selected to receive two tickets to the Final Four playoff game (location, date and time TBD). Travel and accommodations are not included.
Drawing and Notification: One winner will be randomly selected from the entries on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. All entries have the same chance of winning. The winner has not been identified. We don’t know who the winner is. The selected winner will be contacted on Tuesday, March 28 via email or phone. The selected winner must confirm via email or phone their acceptance of the tickets. If the selected winner does not respond by Wednesday, March 29th at 5PM CDT, a new winner will be selected at random.
Privacy: Lombardo Homes shall be responsible for the collection and use of information provided by entrants. Lombardo Homes’ use and collection of information provided by entrants (including information provided on the entry form) is subject to Lombardo Homes’ Privacy Policy. By entering this sweepstakes, you consent to that collection and use in accordance with the Privacy Policy. A copy of the Privacy Policy may be obtained at each model home, upon written request, or online at http://lombardohomes.com/lombardoslamdunkmagicgiveaway.
Winner Releases: All participants entering this Sweepstakes, and winner by acceptance of prize, agree to waive and release Lombardo Homes from liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property that may arise as a result of participation in the Lombardo Slam Dunk Giveaway, as well as at the Final Four game, including any pre- and post-event activities, including travel to and/or from any prize-related activity.
