Welcome to our digital homesite reservation system! The digital homesite reservation request system allows you to enter a waiting list online after our reservation form has opened at a specified time. Your reservation submission will be digitally timestamped and our team will reach out to set appointments based on the first come, first served order in which submissions were received. You can do all of this from the comfort of your own home or office space!
To request your homesite reservation appointment for this weekend, please adhere to the following steps:
- Follow this link (https://forms.gle/G1BKknjTeuzc2tuUA) to complete the required questions in the reservation form. The link will open at 12pm ET on Friday, January 24, and will close at 2pm ET that same day.
- Homesite reservation appointments will be offered based on the date and time your registration is received (first come, first served). The number of appointments offered will match the number of homesites released within your desired community.
- Registrants must be available between 11am – 5pm ET on Saturday, January 25. Lombardo sales managers will reach out on Friday, January 24 after 3pm ET via email, text message, and phone call with preselected appointment times for selected registrants.
- Please arrive at your preselected appointment time with a $1,000 reservation check made to Greater Macomb Title, otherwise your appointment will be forfeited and another registrant selected.
- Please come to your homesite reservation appointment prepared with the top three (3) homesites of your choice (if available), your preferred floor plan and elevation (if available), and deposit money to hold your preferred homesite.
- Homesite reservation requests received between 12pm – 2pm ET on Friday, January 24 are valid for the Saturday, January 25 release only. Interested registrants who are not selected for this homesite release must submit a new request for future homesite releases.
Rev. 1/20/25. One entry per household. If more than one registry is made per household, all duplicate entries will be disqualified. Emails/registrations received before 12pm ET on Friday, January 25 are not valid. If registrant does not show for their scheduled appointment, registrant is disqualified. Reservations will be valid for 10 days. If a Purchase Agreement is not signed within this 10-day period, Lombardo Homes reserves the right to select another registrant.
