You are the expert in your area, so we would love feedback on the price range you would like to stay within. Alternatively, we can research your area and recommend a home and price point.
• List your land listing and contact information on our website.

Benefits for you

• By listing a new construction home, your land listing will show up in both a vacant land searches and in available home searches.
• Shared expertise! If a client calls us with questions about the land listing, we will direct them to you. If a client calls you with questions about the home, you can send them to us.
• If you bring us a buyer for a Lombardo Home, we’ll pay you 3% of the base price. The seller still pays you on the land listing.
