Reservation appointments may only be scheduled using the link below. We will initially schedule two reservation appointments.  Additional appointments will be scheduled as more lots and timeslots become available. We’re happy to offer a virtual way to request your homesite reservation appointment!  Reservation appointments will not be scheduled in person or during our grand opening weekend.  Floor plans, homesite availability and pricing are now available on our website. Prices listed are subject to increase. To make a reservation appointment, please follow the steps below: Registration will start at noon on Thursday, October 16. Click on this link to complete the required questions in the reservation form.  The link will close at 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 16. This link will only be open from 12PM CST – 4PM CST.  The link will be closed and inaccessible except for these hours. All required questions (indicated by a red asterisk *) MUST be completed.  Any submissions without required answers will not be considered. Lombardo Homes shall have sole discretion to select registration applications based upon pre-determined criteria which includes: intended budget for the home, qualification for financing, no contingency for sale of existing home, no contingency for financing, floor plan selected and lot selected.    The first two registrants receiving scheduled appointments will be notified via email and phone call between 10AM CST – 5PM CST Friday, October 17.  Selected registrants must email confirmation of appointment date and time to sales manager by 11:59 PM CST on Friday, October 17 (or by the deadline set forth in the notification that an appointment has been scheduled).  If no confirmation is received, appointments will be forfeited and another registrant selected. To reserve your lot at the time of the appointment you must present a mortgage preapproval letter or proof of funds. A 20% earnest deposit will be due upon execution of contract. *One application per household. If more than one application is received per household, all duplicate entries will be disqualified.  If an email confirmation of appointment time from registrant is not received by 11:59pm CST on Friday October 17 (or by the deadline set forth in the notification that an appointment has been scheduled) Lombardo Homes reserves the right to notify the next registrant that the appointment is available.  If a registrant does not appear at the scheduled appointment, the registrant is disqualified.  Reservations will be valid for 7days. If a Purchase Agreement is not signed within this 30-day period, Lombardo Homes reserves the right to terminate the reservation and select another registrant.
