The homesites acquired fall within four communities in St. Charles and St. Louis counties: Chestnut Creek in Dardenne Prairie, Bur Oaks in Chesterfield, Heritage of Hawk Ridge in Lake St. Louis, and Central Park Townes in Richmond Heights.
Our team has become known in the St. Louis market for our fully customizable Homestead, Nature, and Traditions series homes, as well as our luxury brand homes, Cranbrook. This acquisition offers us the opportunity to step into the 55+ market in Heritage of Hawk Ridge, as well as the townhome market in Central Park Townes.
Our team has extensive individual experience in both the 55+ and townhome markets, but our division hasn’t had the opportunity to branch out into these areas, until now. We’re looking forward to introducing these new market segments and product lines to our portfolio and utilizing our collective past experiences within these product lines.
